Adrian Cagigas MA, ATC, AT/L, founder of Uptown Sports Medicine LLC is a Licensed Athletic Trainer with the Washington State Department of Health, and is certified with the National Athletic Trainers Association. Adrian completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Humboldt State University, and holds a Master’s Degree in Human Performance/Athletic Training from San Jose State University. He has over 18 years of experience working in human performance, rehabilitation of athletic injuries, strength and conditioning and athletic training. Adrian’s experience spans over High schools, Division I Colleges, Professional Athletics and Clinical settings.

Adrian married his wife Megan in 2007 and is the proud father of two energetic boys, Kai and Cruz. In his free time Adrian enjoys outdoor activities in the Pacific Northwest, playing guitar, and cooking.
